Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because they are handmade, no two pieces are 100% identical. Minor variations in color, paint finish, texture, weight, or antique detailing are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafted brassware and metal decor, and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Replacement Policy. Key conditions include a strict 2-day reporting window from delivery, a mandatory uncut unboxing video proof for any damage or defect claims, a ₹199 reverse shipping/inspection fee for non-defective returns, and a 7 to 15 day inspection cycle.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. Right to Modify Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
